Project Description
For Daviana, a family-owned, boutique Napa Valley brand, our initial focus was the planning and coordination of their inaugural wine release event for trade and consumers within a short, 6-week window. We worked directly with their caterer to create successful food and wine pairings, coordinated the creation of logoed clothing and tablecloths, and designed order forms and tasting/tech sheets for use at the event and on their website. We also created an email blast template and helped them create an email list for the trade invited to the event. On the day of the event we coordinated the efforts of the staff, caterers and volunteers, including the transition of the event from outdoors to indoors when Mother Nature was uncooperatively rainy. After the event we evaluated and made recommendations for their new website and have continued to create and modify their tasting/tech sheets as new wines are released.
